Greenock And District Youth Football League

The Greenock And District Youth Football League (GDYFL) is a football league for youth teams in the Inverclyde area of Scotland.

The league was founded in 1967 and currently has over 200 teams participating.

League Structure

The GDYFL is divided into three divisions:

  • Division 1
  • Division 2
  • Division 3

Each division is further divided into age groups, from Under-10s to Under-18s.

Cup Competitions

The GDYFL also runs a number of cup competitions, including:

  • RidgeDoc Cup
  • McShane Builders Cup
  • Gary Miller Memorial Cup

The RidgeDoc Cup is the most prestigious cup competition in the GDYFL, and is open to all teams in the league.

The McShane Builders Cup is a cup competition for Under-15s teams, and the Gary Miller Memorial Cup is a cup competition for Under-16s teams.
