League Of Lions

The League Of Lions is an amateur football league based in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1975 and currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions.

The league is open to all players, regardless of age, ability or experience. Matches are played on Sunday mornings, with most teams playing in their local area.

History

The League Of Lions was founded in 1975 by a group of friends who wanted to create a more relaxed and enjoyable football experience than the traditional league system. The league was originally called the Sunday League of Lions, but the name was changed to the League Of Lions in 2000.

The league has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions. The top division is the Premier Division, which is followed by the First Division, the Second Division and the Third Division. There are also a number of cup competitions, including the League Cup, the Challenge Cup and the Charity Shield.

The current season is the 48th season of the League Of Lions. The Premier Division is currently being led by the Red Lions, who are followed by the Blue Lions and the White Lions. The First Division is being led by the Green Lions, who are followed by the Yellow Lions and the Black Lions.
