Current competition

The current programme is divided into a top division and further numbered divisions, with a separate Over-45s division. League background

Local football-history research records that the earlier Leicester City League continued as a veterans competition after its Saturday section folded. The veterans league therefore carries forward a long-established Leicester competition name in a different format.
