Lichfield and District Football League

The Lichfield and District Football League is a football league based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, England. It was founded in 1907 and currently consists of 20 teams. The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One. The top team in the Premier Division is promoted to the Staffordshire County League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One.

History

The Lichfield and District Football League was founded in 1907 by a group of local football clubs. The first season of the league consisted of just six teams, but the league has since grown to its current size of 20 teams. The league has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, including Lichfield City, St. Michaels, and Stafford Town.
