Alliance and academy competition

The competition’s structure includes both National League U19 Alliance football and National League Football Academy football. Clubs may take part in the Alliance, the Academy programme, or both, according to the league’s current directory. The competition also has established League Cup and Academy Cup programmes, with past winners recorded by the league.

For players and clubs

This is an under-19 competition rather than a local open-age league. Players and families should approach an individual member club or academy for its own recruitment, education and training arrangements; those arrangements are set by the club or academy rather than by this overview. The official directory is the best place to identify participating organisations.
