The Northumberland FA Futsal Fives Spring 2015 was a futsal league held in Northumberland, England. The league was open to all players aged 16 or over, and was played at two venues: Cramlington Concordia Leisure Centre and Kenton School.

- Days: Tuesdays (men) and Thursdays (women)
- Dates: 14th October - 16th December & 13th January – 24th February
- Times: Kick-offs between 6.30pm – 9pm (40 minute matches)
- Cost: £15 per week
- Ages: 16+

- Men's Cup Winners: Winners cup & a place in the men's FA Futsal Cup Regionals
