OCL Leagues / Leisure Leagues is an amateur football league in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1989 and currently has over 200,000 members playing in over 10,000 teams. The league offers a variety of different leagues for different levels of ability, including 5-a-side, 6-a-side, and 7-a-side.

The league is affiliated with the English Football Association (FA) and all games are overseen by FA qualified referees. OCL Leagues / Leisure Leagues also offers a variety of other services to its members, including online registration and payment, team management tools, and a comprehensive website with news, results, and fixtures.
