Southend Junior League

The Southend Junior League is an amateur football league based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England. It was founded in 1920 and currently has over 100 teams competing in various age groups.

History

The Southend Junior League was founded in 1920 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league originally had just six teams, but it has since grown to over 100 teams. The league is divided into a number of divisions, based on age and ability. The league's youngest teams are Under-7s, while the oldest teams are Under-18s.
