Southern Sunday Football League
The Southern Sunday Football League is an adult Sunday football competition with roots in south London. It was formed in 1944, as the Second World War was ending, and its first headquarters was at the Bulls Head in Clapham Old Town.

A London Sunday league
The league’s history is closely linked to the development of organised Sunday football. In the early 1960s it joined other Sunday leagues in seeking FA recognition for the format. The competition remains active today, with FA Full-Time carrying its current fixtures, results and tables.
