St. Edmundsbury Football League

The St. Edmundsbury Football League is an amateur football league based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England. It was founded in 1907 and currently has three divisions. The league is affiliated to the Suffolk County FA.

History

The St. Edmundsbury Football League was founded in 1907 as the Bury & District Football League. It originally had four divisions, but this was reduced to three in the 1970s. The league has been sponsored by Dor-Jam since 2022.

In its early years, the league was one of the most prestigious in Suffolk. However, in recent years, many of the top clubs in the league have moved to higher-level competitions.
