The St Helens And Rainhill JFL is an amateur football league based in St Helens, Merseyside, England. It was founded in 1974 and currently has 1 team playing across 1 divisions.
The league is affiliated to the Merseyside Youth Football League and the Football Association. It is open to teams of boys and girls aged 7-16 years old.
The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other once. The top team at the end of the season is promoted to the next division, while the bottom team is relegated to the previous division.
