The Thatcham & Newbury Town 6 aside Tournament is an amateur football league based in Thatcham and Newbury, England. The league is open to teams of all abilities, and is played on a Saturday morning.
History
The tournament was founded in 2015 by a group of friends who wanted to create a more relaxed and fun alternative to traditional 11 aside football. The league has grown steadily since its inception, and now has over 20 teams competing each season.
Format

The tournament is played in a round robin format, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Division One.
Venue
The tournament is played at the Thatcham Town FC ground, which is located in Thatcham, Berkshire. The ground has two full-size pitches, which are perfect for 6 aside football.
