Yeovil Minisoccer League

History

The Yeovil Minisoccer League was founded in 1990. It was originally known as the Yeovil and District Minisoccer League. The league has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams competing in it.

Structure

The Yeovil Minisoccer League is divided into four divisions:

• Under 7s
• Under 8s
• Under 9s
• Under 10s

Each division has a set number of teams, which play each other home and away. The top teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom teams are relegated to the previous division.

Venues

The Yeovil Minisoccer League uses a variety of venues in the Somerset area, including:

• Yeovil Sports and Social Club
• Bruton Jubilee Park
• Ilchester Recreation Ground
• Martock Rovers Sports Ground

The league also uses some local schools as venues.
