Alexzander Attwell set the tone with his incredible work rate, sprinting up and down the field to link defense and attack. He opened the scoring for Defib following a sharp assist from Alfie Buck. However, despite the control, Lengers FC led 3-2 at the break. Tom Kennett enjoyed a superb debut; he looked exceptionally comfortable with the ball at his feet, working it well through tight spaces and carving out several good scoring chances for himself.
