The team was founded in 2007 and is the youth team of AFC Liverpool, who play in the Northern Premier League Division One West. The U19 team has won the league title twice, in 2013-14 and 2016-17.

The team is managed by Paul McLoughlin, who has been in charge since 2013. The current captain is Lewis Banks.

The National League U19 Alliance - Title Sponsors UCFB is a league for under-19 football teams in England. It was formed in 2013 and is currently sponsored by UCFB, a university football academy.

The league consists of 24 teams, divided into two divisions. The top division is the National League U19 Alliance, while the second division is the National League U19 Development League.

The league champions are promoted to the Premier League U18 League, while the bottom two teams in the National League U19 Alliance are relegated to the National League U19 Development League.
