Allerdale Girls Wildcats
Allerdale Girls Wildcats is a women's football team based in Workington, Cumbria. They play in the Cumberland FA Women's League, which is the top tier of women's football in Cumbria.
The team was founded in 2016 by a group of women who wanted to play football in the area. They have since grown to become one of the most successful women's football teams in Cumbria.
The Wildcats have won the Cumberland FA Women's League title three times, in 2018, 2019, and 2022. They have also reached the final of the Cumberland FA Women's Cup on three occasions, winning the cup in 2019.
The team is currently managed by Craig Hetherington. The Wildcats play their home games at Energy Coast UTC in Workington.

Cumberland FA Women's League
The Cumberland FA Women's League is the top tier of women's football in Cumbria. It was founded in 2014 and currently consists of 10 teams.
The league is sponsored by Cumberland FA. The current champions are Whitehaven AFC Ladies Blue.
The league season runs from September to May. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the North West Women's League.
The Cumberland FA Women's League is a great place for women to play football in Cumbria. The league is well-run and competitive, and there is a great sense of community among the teams.
