The current squad is made up of players from a variety of Caribbean countries, as well as players from the UK. The team is managed by Errol Barrows, who has been in charge since 2016.
Caribbean Sports FC play their home matches at the Sheffield Caribbean Sports Club, which is located in the Darnall area of Sheffield. The club has a large and passionate following, and their matches are often well-attended.

The league was founded in 1902, and currently consists of 20 teams. The champions of the league are promoted to the Northern Counties East Football League Division One, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Sheffield & Hallamshire County Amateur League.
The league is sponsored by EV2 Sportswear, a Sheffield-based sportswear retailer. The current champions of the league are Staveley Miners Welfare.
