The team is a friendly, enthusiastic club with a professional, talent-nurturing approach. They are a 2 Star FA affiliated club with DBS certified, FA qualified coaches who run teams from U7 to U18. They also have a Nippers Academy for 4 to 6 year olds (school years Reception and Yr 1).
The team's ethos is about winning but not at all costs. They believe in developing players in a fun and enjoyable environment, while also teaching them the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.
