Old Southendian Veterans Reserves have won the Southend Borough Combination Veterans League Division One title twice, in 2006 and 2012. They have also reached the final of the Southend Borough Combination Veterans Cup on three occasions, most recently in 2019.
The team's current manager is Steve Jones. He has been in charge since 2017.

The Southend Borough Combination Veterans League is a football league for veterans' teams in Essex, England. It was founded in 1985 and currently consists of 12 teams.
The league is divided into two divisions, Division One and Division Two. The top four teams in Division One at the end of the season qualify for the promotion play-offs. The bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two.
The Southend Borough Combination Veterans League is affiliated to the Essex Veterans Football Association.
