The first ever VDCE ladies team was born out of dismay and a little controversy in late July 2017. The majority of the team having previously played for the dinos up to Under 16 or had been part of the club as youngsters or in a coaching capacity. The rest arrived from other areas. Newport County , Portsmouth to name a couple. Some are even having their first run at football.
