Craig Hume shines as Bridge Target annihilate Chill Eagles 11-0 yes 11-0.

I am sure many fans were screaming ‘why did he not start Gerald Why oh why Dan Holden?’ I mean it’s only Chill Eagles ladies and gentlemen calm down as they were booing the manager, Craig Hume (the Spencer Matthews of Bridge of Target) scored and as time went on he proved just why he should be given a chance. He scored a second goal which was almost a screamer and had three assists you cannot take that away from him. All of a sudden the fans started chanting ‘Oh Craig oh Craig we love your hair keep doing what you’re doing’.

There is only one small thing that can be held against Craig Hume after his contribution to Target’s win and it is that Chill Eagles were poor and had 10 men. However, Craig Hume did enough today to make it difficult for Daniel Holden to leave him out. Good luck with that mate! Before you even say maybe Gerald is an impact man leave him on the bench. This man came on and it took him 5 minutes to turn two defenders before burying the ball inside the net with his left foot.

Mark Johno wins our Man of the Match as he bagged an Almost Perfect Hat-trick

He had a good game albeit being against poor Chill Eagles, he still played well. It is funny how Si and Mark are the only ones that score headers in Bridge Target. We’d wait a while to see Tom Pye score a header the young lad well maybe score with your foot first then we will continue. Anyway, back to man of the day. Did you see that push by Rob Hilton? I thought Mark would have knocked him out. The hot headed beast from Huyton has calmed down hasn’t he? Or maybe he felt he’d lose the fight against Rob or maybe there is no point in kicking a man while he’s down eh. Si had great game as well scoring a beautiful header and scoring a scissor kick even though he stole it off Mark. Rob Hilton is clearly frustrated out of his mind why he didn’t get sent off I do not know but you can’t be throwing in tackles at other players like that. The way he screams when he is fairly tackled. A bit theatrical is it not? Well Chill Eagles FC is a sinking ship. To be fair 11 goals in 90 minutes we have not seen such a score since Long Lane lost 13-1 to All Saints but then again it is Long Lane so it was inevitable.

Quiet Day for Liam who stole Aaron’s Goal

The game came more alive when Ryan Mason came on as a substitute for Jordan and he almost scored a screamer like he did last season which won the Goal of the Season. Liam on the other hand stole a goal from his childhood sweetheart Aaron. The pair has been friends since they were born side by side at the Women’s Hospital Liverpool same birthplace as the English Hero Wayne Rooney. Gerald crossed the ball to Aaron what a lovely pass by the way. Aaron scored well or at least we think it went over the line till Liam tapped in. We are still waiting for video footages to come in. So bear with us. Craig Lloyd has made a bit easy for Liam he needs to hurry up and get his way back to the team. Meanwhile Gerald was seen in Macdonald’s wearing shorts and signing autographs. What a fella!
