Luke absolutely tremendous game from Luke saved with his hands, feet and I swear face at one point although Luke was never under massive pressure his saves were so so so important for the team. It is very easy to blame a keeper and makes it the loneliest position in the world but today Luke could not be blamed or finger pointed at. His saves were great and he made wise decisions in picking the ball up rather than kicking it out which put us on the front foot. Lukes positioning was superb today and100% I believe that his knowledge of the game made hard saves seem very easy. Luke went above and beyond to make it look easy and deservedly took home man of the match Simon won't like me for saying it but this was by far Luke's best performance and it's always good to see his team mates recognised this and pretty much all nominated him for man of the match

Alex had a very good game in what we knew was going to be a physical game. The lad upfront we knew was a physical threat from previous games. We moved Leo from this position not because he is weaker but for the fact the lad he would of been against would of tried everything in the book to bully him. Alex stepped up to this role well so well that we were able to revert to our tried and tested Leo at the back. Had a very physical game in the middle with a few of the lads leaving stud marks on his shin ankle and knee. I never wax lyrical on Alex but I feel he deserved it when a grown man shouts obscene words at him and he carried on regardless. Well done Alex in a game that pushed him beyond his comfort zone. Made a late tackle to which he has been spoken too and made aware that those sort of tackles won't be tolerated within the team and for his defence he did say he slipped going into the tackle, and to be fair he did check if the other child was ok. Had two great headers from corners which were close to going in and looked amazing from a coaching point of view

Leo an absolute rock in defence worked extremely hard and showed size doesn't matter. This kid grows strength from strength each game getting confident enough to go on a run and knows the boys will have his back to make sure they are covering. Showed some real heart in a game where he could of gone in to his shell and none of us would of blamed him for this.

Logan another swashbuckling display made the opposing team pay with his clever runs and very clever passes through to split teams open. His throw ins are becoming very difficult to deal with as they are basically a corner with the distance he gets on them very unlucky not to get on the scoresheet. Had enough after a while with all the pulling and kicking at his ankles But I will never want to quash that hunger that he shows to push the game on to win another solid performance.

Taaj got stuck in and did not shy away from the game at all, made some great challenges and was always looking to help at the back I think Taaj has found a real home in the center of the pitch where we get to see the flair that he has but he's added that he's able to work very hard for the team with his defensive mind. Played through a beautiful ball using the outside of his boot in the first half and we were very unfortunate not to go one ahead from that pass alone another big game for Taaj and showing every week how important he is to the team.

Levi had a great game in the middle today with some very important driving runs going forward and looking for the pass, had some brilliant corners where it is put on a plate into the middle of the box. Finished the game off with another goal added to his tally and fully deserved for his hard work all over the pitch especially with his defensive duties.

Reeve added to his throw in to himself last week by passing to himself this week. I think we are going to have to have words about him becoming a solo hahaha. He had a very important role to play and did not shy away from his defensive duties again. Had some excellent passes from the middle to the attack and came very close to scoring again. Worked hard running back and pushing forward to support the front two held his position well and made it difficult for them when we were stopping the counter attack.

Arthur had a superb first half moving down the line at a ridiculous pace and cutting inside. Was so unlucky not to get on the scoresheet. His movement was great and really split the defence by pulling wide which opened up the backline to create space. One thing that we noticed in the first half Arthur was literally screaming for the ball a first for Arthur as he comes out of his shell more and have the confidence to back himself to go on and score. He may not of seen much of the ball in the second half but his off the ball movement was fantastic to see and was a very important role as they had to pay attention to him because of that pace and tricky dribbling that he has in the locker.

Henley linked up brilliant up top with Arthur and Tom a constant thorn in the side because of his pace and tenacity to get the ball back. His direct running is becoming a real problem for people to defend against. Not to sure how he didn't score in the first half but it was an amazing save from the keeper to deny him. Great pass through to Levi to take the win near the end of the game. Another great performance.

Tom really showed his strength today with his linkup play and most importantly his movement today again pulling wide rather than staying central some of the runs he made today we're superb and again like Arthur and Henley was very important due to the space it creates. Had some big tackles put in on him and he didn't shirk a single one. Another very assured game In which the importance of position shone through.
