Home league match played on 13 November 2011.
Kicked off at 10:30 AM

Well some very tough calls for me today on team selection but i had a plan and wanted to stick with it. I know a few lads was upset but it was nice to see the encouragement they was giving from the sidelines which pleased me. To do well and try win this league i need you all to be together.

1st half was best we played with ball so far this season we passed the ball around really well every 1 making themselfs available from bk to front. We took a deserved lead from an unlikely source (KARL) from great pressure on there goal a lovely berbotov moment from the old pensioner (gurran) on the touch line leaves hartill players on the floor in a spin dinks it into the danger area and a bit of a scramble and its in i think thats first chested goal ive seen whilst ive been manager but they all count and the lead was much deserved to all the fans delight. We kept the pressure on should av added another a few minutes later but was just dragged wide. Not long to wait though for the 2nd as some good team work opened a chance for spanky who shot low into the bottom right corner 2-0 (maybe keeper should av done better) but that brought loud cheers from the pavillion stadium as we strolled into a 2 nil lead. 8 mins later a great through ball from gurran set warbo on his way 1 on 1 with the keeper you would av bet yer life savings it was gonna be 3 but with a little rush to head it rolls off the pad and wide to the dismay of all the thrybergh followers. At this stage we had limited harthill to little of the ball and you could see that with the frustration of there fans who started throwing abuse to them. We carry on pushing for the third passing the ball like barca with harthill chasing shadows gurran at the height of it all and his quick thinking plays longy in down the right hand of box who swivells and on his weaker left foot hits the woodwork and bouncers out to safety. harthill finally have a little possession and there first chance of the game is a stinging 20 yard drive which out of know were franny appears flying through the air to punch it safe over the bar with rapturous cheers and applause from the pavillion stadium.

Not long after the ref brings the first half to a close and harthill can think themselfs lucky they was still in the game 2-0

2nd half harthill came out much the better and ad quite alot of possession but really not troubling my bk 4 who stood solid all of the game. We was starting to be a little sloppy in possession so decide to make a change off comes karl who had a fine game man marking there player. On goes the very versitile azza and within 5 minutes of his entry a sleaky run into the box brought a clumsy challenge no hesitation from the ref pen. With the clubs penalty taker stepping up to take the penalty confidence is high from the fans who haven't seen him miss a pen since is summer arrival in 2010 but a cracking save from there keeper leaves us with our heads in our hands. A boost for harthill who should be out of sight by now  get a little confidence in there step and av a good 5 min spell but still not testing our keeper who was getting a bit tired of fetching the ball from the car park end. From the resulting goal kick a few little triangles and azza slips jake clean through with the on rushing goalkeeper he calmly slips it through his legs 3 nil !!! With the game won harthill fans slowing disapearing up the slope we insert more pressure on there backline creating numerous chances we win  a corner and from the resulting corner the keeper finds himself in no mans land and with a ungaurded net it falls to the right person longy who smashes it home on the half volley to make the score reflect more on the game. But the best goal of the game was still to come we pick it up just inside there half the passing and moving his excelent harthill chasing shadows 1 2 were 18 yards out its that good a move steve waggy slavering down his cig in the amazement of the play from the thrybergh boys, azza picks it up inside to wilde touch back to azza who splits the defence with return pass and bang bottom corner for wilde new boots n all top quality team goal even the 3 harthill fans that was left in crowd clapped along. 5-0 90 mins up and just to take a bit of the gloss on a good team performance they score with the last kick off the game even though it was a foul.

full time 5-1 spanky 2 karl 1 shaun 1 ryan 1

refs m.o.m scott edwards won everthing at bk and starting to hit top form at right time

also a mention for gurran today majority of our play came through him great performance
