Tiki Taka Dortmund travelled to Laithwaite Park on 26 September 2026 for a 9:30am kick-off against Cherrybrook Warriors in a league away fixture. The match lasted 70 minutes plus added time, with Dortmund emerging victorious by four goals to two in an entertaining contest.

Noah Rule’s attempt on goal was blocked in the 17th minute, but Dortmund’s defence continued to hold firm. Nwakamma was again prominent in defence, clearing a dangerous ball with a header in the 18th minute. Dortmund regained the lead in the 21st minute when Ayo Bamgboye made a well timed run and capitalised on a long pass from goalkeeper Kamsy Anajemba, slotting home with confidence inside the box with his right foot.

The first substitution came in the 23rd minute when Oscar Manders replaced Seka Sewagudde at right back. Dortmund kept pressing, with Favour Ajumobi’s shot saved in the 25th minute before he turned provider a minute later, assisting Mustafa Farag who scored inside the box with a right-footed finish from a short pass.

Anajemba’s shot-stopping heroics continued with a full-stretch save in the 58th minute. Shortly after, Seka Sewagudde was reintroduced to the right wing position, replacing Favour Ajumobi in the 60th minute. Zac Humphries-Deveney’s attempt was saved in the 63rd minute, and further substitutions followed at the 65th minute mark with Nathen Platt returning for Oscar Manders and Noah Rule coming back on for Andrew-Franz Nkemka.

Anajemba remained alert, parrying another shot in the 66th minute. In the closing stages, Ayo Bamgboye and Nathen Platt both made crucial tackles in the 68th and 69th minutes respectively to deny the opposition any late chances.

Ultimately, Tiki Taka Dortmund’s attacking prowess and solid defensive work secured a 4-2 victory at Laithwaite Park. Nikita Velicka’s influential midfield display, capped by his spectacular free-kick, earned him the player of the match accolade.
