Afternoon boys,
Please find attached my report below from Sunday’s game.
Chaps tough one to take yesterday, I felt for large periods of the game we moved the ball well & on another day we comfortably win the game, the ball isn’t quite falling for us how it was earlier in the season but I cannot fault the approach or application of any of you yesterday.
We changed the shape to 3-4-3 which we worked on Saturday and building from the back, it was a beautiful surface & after giving a cheap goal away in the first minute

I thought we took over and the reaction was good, the equaliser was a great goal, patterns from the back with Doniel stepping in, finding Bailey, secured and played into Lemar with a well timed run and finish from you Kai, it was a great goal & we had chances to go in front before half time.
We reverted back to 4-3-3 second half as I felt we could really expose Dulwich in wide areas and wanted to create 2 v 1s with Doniel/Kai/Samuel & Bailey & I felt we done this really well all be it I still think chaps decision making in possession was rash at times, Dulwich were all over the place defensively for the first 15 mins of the second half & had we continued to move the ball with patience & more detail we may well have the got the second goal.
We didn’t capitalise on that unfortunately & when we lost Lemar & Kai later in the game we blew up physically with players out & despite the best efforts defensively Dulwich managed to scramble one over the line.
As I say boys I can’t fault the desire of any of you, I particularly thought you played very well Malik & Kai put a strong shift in down the right/left, your player data shows that across the board as-well in terms of distances and duels.
We have to dust ourselves down and go again boys this Sunday, massive game against Bromley who will be so up for the game after we have beaten them twice already.
You may also have seen Danson forfeited our game with them meaning we picked up another 3 points yesterday.
Let’s really lock in now and try and finish with 9/9 and see where it takes us.
