Farra came into the game missing a host of players either at work, injured or bouncing at creamfields so in came Paul Brooke for his 1st start this season & Dan Makin replace top scorer Andy Place who was unavailable. Heath, Taylor & Bewick were dragged in to sit on the bench. Within 60secs Paul brooke open goal fired wide after blockin clearance from keeper. 19min dale Spence ghosted past couple defenders to byline crossed for Michael Noble volley keeper saved headed in rebound. Hendon at the other end had Jackson saved well from Gaz hill and Martin hope chased a ball over the top only for Jackson to get foot first and cleared. Paul brooke and Dan makin were latchin on to balls over the top but the ref was blowin for offsides with quite a few decisions very dubious indeed that incenced the farra touchline. 2nd half seen the return ov john "The Perm" bewick as captain noble came off injured and farra started to dominate and the hendon keeper kept them in it denyin makin twice with 1-on-1 first divin at his feet when he tried roundin him and the other tippin round the post when he was clear at goal. 2-0 did eventually come on the hour mark when makin and bew played clever 1-2s which left bewick with a sight at goal and let rip from 20yrd only for the keeper to tip into path of Dale spence to rifle home. It was 3-0 on 65mins as once again "perm" bewick pullin the strings and produced a slidrule pass for spence to blast home. It was all farra and 4-0 came on 70mins when bewick again played a delightful diagonal ball for makin to go thru 1-on-1 and this time made no mistake and lobbed the on rushing keeper. Farra brought on ass manager and veteran "Beefy" Heath who instantly found himself thru on goal and only the keeper to beat but toe poked wide. Farra were down to 10men with the injured andy morris havin to go upfront as all subs been used. After bossin the game for the 1st 80mins farra took there foot off the gas and Hendon immediately pulled a goal back on 80 when "ghandi" crossed to back stick for motm steven clark to plant a header past jackson. It was 4-2 with 7mins to go when MArtin "ghandi" Hope worked some space in the box and buried into bottom corner. Hendon were not finished and throwing everything at Farra even the kitchen sink and on 88mins jackson had to produce a worldie to deny Hope a 2nd to finish the game 4-2.
