The ISFA Girls South Central League is an amateur football league for girls in the south central region of England. It was founded in 2021/22 as part of the ISFA's efforts to support the growth of girls' football in the independent sector.

The league is open to all ISFA member schools in the south central region. There are three divisions: U13, U15, and U18. The U13 and U15 divisions play a 7-a-side format, while the U18 division plays an 11-a-side format.
