CML North Riding Ability Counts League
The CML North Riding Ability Counts League is an amateur football league in the North Riding of Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 2007 and is affiliated to the North Riding Football Association. The NRAL caters for players with a range of disabilities, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
League Structure
The NRAL is divided into four age groups: Under-8s, Under-10s, Under-12s, and Under-16s. Each age group has a single division, with teams playing each other home and away. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the previous division.
