Ellevate Sevens Tournament
The Elevate Sevens Tournament is an amateur football league for women. It was founded in 2000 and is currently in its 23rd season. The tournament is held annually in the United States and features teams from all over the country.
History
The Elevate Sevens Tournament was founded in 2000 by a group of women who wanted to create a more inclusive and accessible football league. The tournament was originally called the "Women's Sevens Tournament" but was renamed to "Ellevate Sevens" in 2018.

The first Elevate Sevens Tournament was held in San Francisco, California. The tournament has since expanded to include teams from all over the United States. In 2022, the tournament was held in Austin, Texas.
Format
The Elevate Sevens Tournament is a single-elimination tournament. Each team plays a single game against each of the other teams in their pool. The top two teams in each pool advance to the semifinals. The winners of the semifinals play in the championship game.

The Elevate Sevens Tournament is played with seven players per team. The game is played on a regulation-size football field.
