The Pulse Thursday Winter League is a 10-week league, with each team playing each other once. The top four teams at the end of the regular season qualify for the playoffs, with the winner being crowned champions.

The Pulse Thursday Winter League is played at the Pulse Soccer Hub in Barrow-in-Furness. The Hub is a state-of-the-art football facility that includes two full-size pitches, a clubhouse, and changing facilities.
