John Charles 8's League
The John Charles 8's League is an amateur football league in Brixham, Devon, England. It was founded in 2019 in honor of John Charles, a Welsh footballer who was born in Brixham. The league is named after Charles's famous goalscoring record, as he scored 8 goals in a single game for Leeds United in 1952.
The league is open to men and women of all ages and abilities. There are currently four divisions, with each division having 10 teams. The season runs from September to April, with each team playing each other once in a round-robin format. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the previous division.

The league is affiliated with the Football Association (FA). The FA provides the league with funding and support. The league also has its own set of rules and regulations.
