Introduction

The Masaya Amateur Football League is a football league in Masaya, Nicaragua. It is the second-highest division league in the country, below the Liga Primera de Nicaragua.

History

The Masaya Amateur Football League was founded in 1960. The league has grown in popularity over the years and now has over 20 teams.

Format

The Masaya Amateur Football League is a single-elimination tournament. The top two teams at the end of the regular season qualify for the championship.
