Overview
The OWCSL (Oosterwolde and Weststellingwerfse amateur football league) is an amateur football league in the Netherlands. It is located in the province of Friesland and consists of 30 clubs. The league was founded in 1972 and is affiliated with the KNVB (Royal Dutch Football Association).
The OWCSL has a pyramid structure with four divisions:
- Topklasse
- Eerste klasse
- Tweede klasse
- Derde klasse

The teams in the Topklasse play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Derde Divisie, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Eerste klasse.
The teams in the Eerste klasse play each other once, either at home or away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Topklasse, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Tweede klasse.

The teams in the Tweede klasse play each other once, either at home or away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Eerste klasse, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Derde klasse.
The teams in the Derde klasse play each other once, either at home or away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Tweede klasse, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Vierde klasse.
